Jared Rogers has over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate investing experience. Over the years Jared has leased, managed, rehabbed and sold properties ranging from 700 square foot homes to 900,000 square foot industrial parks. Currently, Jared seeks smaller local investment opportunities with a focus on properties that need extensive rehabilitation.

As an owner or operating principal Jared has overseen the design and construction of major rehab projects (including historical properties). In addition, managed several rezoning as well as property subdivisions.

Prior to investing in real estate, Jared raised financing totaling over $2 billion for developers of commercial real estate across the country.
