These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages from QAH Group LLC, also doing business as Christopher Commercial ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to the company, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

The company sends conversational text messages to clients, prospects, landlords, tenants, and transaction counterparties regarding commercial real estate matters. Messages may include property tour confirmations, offer status updates, document delivery notifications, lease and contract follow-ups, scheduling, and general transaction-related communications. Messages are conversational and two-way in nature.

Consent and Opt-In

You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile phone number directly to a the company or one of its broker during the course of business engagement. This includes in-person meetings, property tours, site visits, phone conversations, business card exchanges at industry events or networking functions, and active participation in a real estate transaction. Verbal consent is obtained at the time you provide your number. We do not collect mobile phone numbers through web forms, third-party lists, purchased contact databases, or marketing lead generation services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity level of your transaction or engagement and is conversational in nature. There is no fixed number of messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. The company does not charge any fees for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard rates will apply. Please contact your carrier for specific pricing details.

 

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any text message you receive from us. After replying with one of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

To resubscribe after opting out, reply START to any prior message thread.

This SMS service is available on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

To receive text messages you must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have the account holder's permission to use, the mobile phone number you provide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at qahgroup.com/terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers prior to taking effect where required by law.
